Labor leaders, supporters celebrate Labor Day COLONIE, N.Y. (NEWS10) – Labor leaders and supporters celebrated the holiday with a Labor Day picnic at Cook Park in the Village of Colonie. (NEWS10) -- An Amsterdam man has been arrested in connection to a robbery that occurred at the Ben and Jerry's in Saratoga Springs, according to police. Daniel McKay II, 40, faces multiple charges. Police say McKay allegedly told a store employee that he was robbing the store, and implied he had a gun, but no weapon was displayed.
